As an experienced leader, she believes in good communication with the team is essential as well as high quality performance and devotion throughout the whole production. Her transparent and open attitude and approach with the directors and actors are crucial during the process and helping her in creating and building the desired look and feel of any character. With a great creative energy, she is also a true multitasker.

From the very beginning of the project, she puts all her effort into keeping the department organised and coordinated till the very end.
